Tampa Bay Express is a system of express toll lanes that will be built as an addition to existing interstate routes. These new lanes give drivers a choice of paying a toll in order to enjoy a better commute. Express toll lanes are currently used in other cities across the U.S., where they are reducing commute times and relieving overall traffic congestion.
